[Bug 573477] Re: Mdadm array fails to assemble on boot.
Does anyone know if this bug still exists in 10.10? [Bug 577921] Re: my messages are not published in facebook
got the same problem. I've authorized facebook and twitter. The first post has been published correctly into both accounts. The second post, some minutes after, popped up only on twitter. Now one hour is passed since the first publication on facebook, and the third post popped up! Another test: the fourth post popped up only on twitter. should it be a facebook (anti spam) timeout? hope to be useful. -- my messages are not published in facebook https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/577921 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 573477] Re: Mdadm array fails to assemble on boot.
I got the same problem. I've setup a two-disks raid1 with palimpsest. at boot i get the same message the disk for /raid1 is not ready yet or not present. Continue to wait; or Press S to skip mount or M for manual recovery. press S and go to gnome. opening palimpsest disk manager, my raid seems to be not partitioned and unmountable. But if I deactivate and reactivate the raid, it works perfectly and now is mountable. -- Mdadm array fails to assemble on boot. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/573477 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 221852] [NEW] Update-manager waits forever if a required service is stopped
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager Hello there! I found a small bug in update-manager while trying to upgrade from 7.14 to 8.04. After clicking for executing the upgrade, update-manager try to comunicate to one of the following services. If the service is stopped, update-manager will hold on forever until you kill it. Stopped services at the time I tried to upgrade Feisty was apport, cupsys, ntp, samba, apache2, ssh server, mysql, mysql-ndb, mysq-ndb-mgm I haven't tried to understand what service really locks down update-manager, but I'm sure it's one of them! I have simply started all those services and then update-manager worked! It would be good if update-manager starts by itself any necessary service for it to run correctly. [Bug 130213] Re: rhtmbox doesn't play the next song after first song finished
Now I know a bit more about Linux! ;) the command is: rhythmbox --debug rbDebug I try to explain what I've done. 1- wait until rb finish to load playlists. 2- doubleclick a playlist: a random song is selected and played and GUI shows progress bar, seconds, and text about id3. 3- doubleclick another playlist: all ok. 4- again and again. 5- Time (10:34:42), row 340638 more or less: doubleclick another playlist. Song is randmly selected and played. But GUI doesn't know there's something playng. GUI remains as there is nothing playng. 6- wait until song finished. No further song selected nor played. 7- doubleclick on a SPECIFIC SONG: Sound works, GUI works, anithing's ok! ** Attachment added: rhythmbox --debug rbDebug http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9097024/rbDebug.tar.bz2 -- rhtmbox doesn't play the next song after first song finished https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/130213 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
