[Bug 575603] Re: package vsftpd 2.2.2-3ubuntu6 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Also, now Update Manager will not work. I get a Not all updates can be installed error message. There are two options - Partial Upgrade and Close. I did not try Partial Upgrade, clicking Close bring up another error dialog Software Index is broken. It is impossible to install or remove any software. run sudo apt-get install -f. When try that in a terminal, it just tries to remove vsftpd, and fails with the same messages. -- package vsftpd 2.2.2-3ubuntu6 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575603 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to vsftpd in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
