[ubuntu-in] Minimising the window
dear friends i started using ubuntu very recently and is now facing a problem.. its because of my mistake.. When i minimize a window, it normally resides in a panel which is on the bottom side of the screen.. i once unknowingly deleted this pane.. now when i minimize, i cannot see those windows again..How can i activate that panel.. please help me.. -- With regards B Mathew, -- === Microsoft is not the answer; Microsoft is the question. Dear Friend My laptop loaded with ubuntu 8.04 hardy heron has problems with its webcam and wifi. It seems ubuntu doesnt support dell webcam and wifi for inspiron 1525 models... Actually You should try the fix too. The bug has been filed twice on launchpad for Sis. I beleive ti does get rectified but it brings in a new error involving APCI or something of that sort. Im on dialup so I find it hard to get that loaded :( . Nanbudh should have the link . So just send him a message he should eb able to help . - Never miss a thing. Actually I think Nan budh is having problems with his AMd64 install cause of the sis integrated graphics hes using. Hes using an Asus K8S MX or at least thats what I recall he say in IRC. [ubuntu-in] How to synch a Nokia 6681 cell phone with Ubuntu 7.10
Hello all, Ive decided to cut my questions into pieces. One of my main issues is I can't synch my phone with anything in Ubuntu. Anyone know how to synch a Nokia 6681 with Ubutu or if it is possible at all. Ive tried wammu , gnokii , opensync evolution plugin and Nokia PC suite (doesnt work over Wine :( ) .
