This is the output of my /etc/network/interfaces file

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat /etc/network/interfaces
# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).

# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

# The primary network interface
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.1.2
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1

As one can see there is no auto eth1 line. If I do an ifconfig I get
the eth1 line.

Hi Parthan,
 First of all thanx for getting back so quickly. Is there any ETA when
the move to server is expected and what revamp of the wiki is being
thought about. Would love to hear about the same. If this has been
discussed on the list then a quick link to the topic would suffice so
know the ETA on the same.
