Actually I have done everything thanks to the link given to me by Rohit. Onkar, I have no idea which of those relates to mine as I am running the 32 bit version and those made no sense to me. Finish customizing your distro however you want. i.e. you can add / remove packages , configure system settings etc. Once your done use remastersys to build a custom distro iso. You can then burn that and use it however you want.
