 I didn't understand where you are struggling, so shall tell you procedure
 in steps in detail

 1) Install some Download Manager example *Gwget Download Manager*

 2) download the above swf file using *Gwget* (Click on new and paste the
 link into)

 3) Open swf file in Firefox.



One more procedure to download

1) Open Firefox -- Edit -- Preferences -- Applications

2) See the attached image and change accordingly

3) Now open the above link in firefox, it will start downloading the swf
file

some jiggling around and it works, i also have a firefox add on called
download helper which when there is an active video helps to download
it
