i installed the latest ubuntu 8.10 with a defauly user say "xyz". now i want to add another user say "abc" how do i go about it?
its says that i do not have permission and only "root" can do the same. but what is the default password for "root"? also, how do i set it? moreover, once does, how can i set permissions to the user. please guide. Amit
