Thank you for your quick reply, but I succeeded in figuring out how to make
a page. And as you suggested, I used others' page as a guide.
Actually the major problem that I faced was this : With my Launchpad ID's
Timezone set to Asia/Kolkata, I encountered some error while logging in and
hence I could not edit other's pages at first. Once I change my timezone
back to UTC it worked normally.

else, his/her page will come up. If not 'This page does not exist' page
comes up. On that page there is a list of templates you can use. There
is a 'homepage' template also. You can also check out other people's
homepages to get some 'inspiration'. :)
