Sorry for the late reply, but as I heard settings timezone to Asia/Kolkata
and then getting prevented to login was an old bug. I didn't know it still
exists.

I would like to create an Ubuntu Wiki Page about myself. could someone
please guide me as I don't know where to begin and how to create the page.

 Go to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/'yourname' (e.g.
 wiki.ubuntu.com/mistrynitesh). If the name is already taken by someone
 else, his/her page will come up. If not 'This page does not exist' page
 comes up. On that page there is a list of templates you can use. There
 is a 'homepage' template also. You can also check out other people's
 homepages to get some 'inspiration'. :)
