I can propose to use the Ubuntu-IN wiki under the events page if the
debian folks agree. I think everybody should be OK with having it
anywhere. So if everyone is OK with the Ubuntu IN site then we create
a page and start adding stuff.

Sorry for replying to my own mail. But the above sentence is in very
very bad english and could convey a lot of things in different ways.
So in short

We propose to have this page in the Ubuntu India Wiki page
(http://www.ubuntu-in.info). If its OK with everyone then we proceed
to create a  page and start adding stuff

IIRC, this is how it happened last year. Please correct me if I am wrong.

As for me any other place is as good as Ubuntu-IN wiki provided it is
easy for collaborative editing.
