We need a simple theme, uncluttered with a frontpage slider. Got it dude? M. On Wed, Apr 6, 2011 at 5:49 PM, Maitraya Bhattacharyya maitraya.li...@gmail.com wrote: Thanks, great resource. Re: [ubuntu-in] The new website theme
A portfolio theme? What about this? http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/coraline Much better than the new default WP theme (I customised it a bit here http://hmarstudents.org/ yesterday but without a slider). You can probably use a jquery/ wp plugin for the frontpage slider. Re: [ubuntu-in] The new website theme
Hi am top posting because this mail is at a drupal tangent to the discussion whats a quick way to get up and running in drupal - we already have two sites , drupal based, which need a lot of effort before the go actively public The word press themes presented here are quite nice, so would also be interested in seeing equally nice drupal ones so that we have some more to work on If folks feel that this may hijack the thread totally then please edit the subject line regards ram PS - my first attempt bounced because the mail was too big so trimmed some of the earlier mails below On Wed, Apr 6, 2011 at 6:15 PM, Lalremlien Neitham lalreml...@gmail.com wrote: A portfolio theme? Wordpress is kinda easier. And has righ WYSIWYG editor, nice plugins, and it gets the job done in this case. So why not? M. -- ubuntu-in mailing list ubuntu-in@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-in
