i will suggest for
22" monitor TV..
then 22" monitor
19" monitor ..
shud not take 17" .. its too small..

plz try for monitor having component input 
dont know abt webcam ...

Not all are guarenteed to work but support for setting it up can be
found on the list or on the forums
