[ubuntu-marketing] A call for help on the Knot2 page
Hey all, As some of you know and the rest are just learning, Edgy Knot 2 is scheduled for this Thursday or Friday. During the Dapper cycle, Matt Galvin did some great work with his Flight pages. I would like to pick that up and continue and have done some work to this end, but realize time is rapidly closing in and I would love some help. The page is https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TextEditorCDRemoval Here are the things I think need to be added: 1. parse the GNOME changes and make certain we include a note about each one 2. New kernel 3. New ati/nvidia drivers 4. Upcoming stuff: upstart 5. Aiglx/compiz - rendering turned on by default 6. XGL: short piece on why not 7. Anyway else that has changed since dapper that is big enough to be included. You don't need to write much on a single topic, maybe two or three sentences, but you must include a screenshot. Even you can't write something really polished, just braindump some factoids and it can be cleaned up. Thanks, Corey -- ubuntu-marketing mailing list ubuntu-marketing@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-marketing
