Design Team do its research with end user and AFAIK what they do it's not easily delegating to the community. So, the Italian Team didn't started the project because is superseeded in international community, not because we was waiting for it to be started. Btw, thanks for reminding that blueprint that is not updated, I'll fix it right now.
