Re: evtouch device

2009-02-12 Thread Jeff
my xorg doesn't have much of anything actually, much different than any
other of my ubuntu builds. I can upload it in the morning and send it over.
does the Emulate 3 buttons work well for you? I only emulate the third
button with a long tap.

Re: evtouch device

2009-02-12 Thread Jake Visser
Cheers,

Thanks for your reply. The screen does now (and did before) function,
but is linked to the touch pad so is not working in absolute co-ords,
and the tap function isnt working either. I dont suppose you could send
me a copy of your xorg.conf? if you have this screen working Bellow
is the config I currently have, and like I said, it previously worked
with hardy with compiled evtouch drivers.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Re: evtouch device

2009-02-12 Thread Jeff
Here is how I configured it, you can change the options to fit your needs.
### sudo gedit /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/50-eGalax.fdi

### Then copy this to overwrite the file:
  evtouch 70 70 1900 1900 30 750 click 3 2 10 1 click
1
cw false false
