12.04.1 doesn't support a 32bit installation Install 11.10 and then dist upgrade to 12:04 On 15 January 2013 02:32, Thomas Mashos wrote: > Mythbuntu 12.04.1 has 0.25 > > Thanks, > > Thomas Mashos > > > On Mon, Jan 14, 2013 at 8:17 AM, Jeremy Jones < > jeremy.dwain.jo...@gmail.com> wrote: > >> Does anyone have an opinion of the best (cleanest, easiest, and/or >> quickest) way to setup a .25 mythtv frontend on a 32-bit computer (no other >> use for the computer). Mythbuntu 12.04.1 has 0.25 Thanks, Thomas Mashos On Mon, Jan 14, 2013 at 8:17 AM, Jeremy Jones wrote: > Does anyone have an opinion of the best (cleanest, easiest, and/or > quickest) way to setup a .25 mythtv frontend on a 32-bit computer (no other > use for the computer). [ubuntu-mythtv] installing mythbuntu 12.04 with mythtv .25
Does anyone have an opinion of the best (cleanest, easiest, and/or quickest) way to setup a .25 mythtv frontend on a 32-bit computer (no other use for the computer). I have two existing frontends, both running mythbuntu 12.04 and mythtv 0.25, but both are 64 bit, so cloning is out. If I install from the 12.04.1 32-bit iso, I assume I will get .26, and my backend is .25. Do I need to install 12.04 xubuntu and then install from repo?
