[Ubuntu-phone] HDMI/VGA adapter
Hey, I got the micro HDMI/VGA adapter, but it doesn't work with M10 tablet with latest OTA. I have found this bug ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1589525), but it's not due to the cable error, because it works well with other electronics. Do we know what could be the reason not to work? Re: [Ubuntu-phone] [Development] Question on possibility to back-up/copy via USB
If you haven't already, you need to create a new key pair in you PC: ssh-keygen You can now see you public key on the PC: cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub now find a way to place the contents of this file on the correct dir in your phone, which is: ~/.ssh/authorized_keys You can now test the connection: ssh phablet@192.168.178.22 If it works, buds should work too. Good luck! Not yet there entirely, it looks like somehow I have to open port 22 of the phone: Links: -- [1] https://github.com/popey/buds -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone Post to : ubuntu-phone@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
[Ubuntu-phone] Devel channels
Hello, there are almost no updates on rc-proposed channels for a long time. It looks like developers are working hard now on UT based on Ubuntu 16.04 and desktop version of Unity 8. On UT rc-proposed we are not getting newer versions of mir, unity8, libertine etc. but they are updating on 17.04 with big enough changelogs. So, my question is about current situation with devel (based on 16.04) channels. Are they bootable now for Bq M10 and Meizu MX4? Is there a way to use current dev versions of UT? -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone Post to : ubuntu-phone@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
