Since Im in china there was no other way anyway. And i guess better to have
one more tester/developer then have an increased count on sales...

The only sad thing about it, when you see how the camera performs between
droid and ubuntu. I wish somebody could make the phase focusing + laser
aimed focusing work on ubuntu..

I think the point is somewhat moot for the pro 5, as it doesn't appear
there are any more of that model for sale.

It's possible to buy the android version, in any color. Do 
yourself a favor 
and buy it rooted. Then flashing UT should be a breeze.




but that way it won't count as an ubuntu phone sale

It's possible to buy the android version, in any color. Do yourself a favor

I'm also waiting for its availability. I think I've read availability in 15
days (probably I've read it 15 days ago), but would be great to have some
kind of confirmation. I also hope they offer standard colors too.

By the way, I think the Ubuntu version was cheaper than the android
version. Am I right?

As Meizu PRO 5 with Ubuntu has depleted, I wonder if its possible to buy 
Android version and flash it to Ubuntu?

Anyone have any idea about this?
Or perhaps PRO5 will come back in stock?
