Do you know who could you configure Launchpad projects like (https://launchpad.net/dos-games), apart from their maintainers? These projects usually have miss-configurations, and their owners doesn't seem to have been active for years. I have asked Brian Murray, the Ubuntu Bug Master, to do so and he says he doesn't have those permissions.
