This has already been discussed on the Ubuntu Forums - from as long ago
as last August:: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2291220 - with
mixed reviews.
This is not really the place for such discussion as I believe that the
Design Team will decide, maybe dictate, the look of Ubuntu and future
versions of Unity..
Please take a look at http://design.ubuntu.com/ and
http://www.ubuntu.com/about/contact-us for a better way to contact those
that might actually be in a position to consider your recommendations.
