I have asked the engineer with access to the hardware to follow up on
this one.

We have tested this one and it seems to be an issue with the hardware.
Marked as Invalid.

We were informed that this should be resolved in the v3.3 kernel and
that 12.10 would be a reasonable Certification target.  Testing against
the v3.3 kernel was requested and still awaiting feedback.
