Проверьте что у вас там. Должно стоять lts.

Бывает, что обновления приходят позже. Для обновления LTS-LTS это
вполне оправдано, нужно больше тестов и при выкате обновлений сервера
нагружаются сильно, поэтому обновление откладывают на после шквала
запросов при релизе.
