Okay, so the thumbnailer is obviously not involved here, as the cache hasn't been re-created and the thumbnailer doesn't get restarted when loading up the store scope. I've added indicator-network as a task because that's what provides the
connectivity dbus service.
Also, qdbus isn't installed on the device by default, use gdbus (the
below is when things work fine):
