The mailman2 version in use on lists.ubuntu.com should be able to strip
the DKIM header, at least according to:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/557493

but I don't think that setting is exposed via the list admin web
interface (AIUI it's a site-wide setting and not a per-list setting), so
being list admin is not enough to set it.

Please could you be more specific? What exactly are you saying is
misconfigured? What do you mean exactly by "disable DKIM for
lists.ubuntu.com"? I don't think the list software adds DKIM headers.
Isn't that up to the original sender? So I don't understand what public
key you'd expect to add where.
