Kilo-1
 
packages are now available in the trusty-staging PPA for all
integrated release projects; one caveat - the split outs of Neutrons
VPN/FW/LBaaS plugins and drivers are not yet available and are pending
archive admin review in Ubuntu.  If you need those you can pick them from:

  https://launchpad.net/~james-page/+archive/ubuntu/kilo

for the time being; largely untested as yet!

The new cinder package is in vivid-proposed with a build failure. Once
it is accepted into vivid(latest development release), you can check
