What was the exact command you ran?  `nginx-core` and `nginx-full` can't
run together, they're conflicting packages.  YOu can only use `nginx-
core` OR `nginx-full` OR `nginx-light` OR `nginx-extras` - you can't use
them all together.

Thanks for the quick update.  I've applied the 4 patches and built a new
test package with the changes.The example test does indeed fail on
the current version and passes on the new version as well.

I went looking for any other libnl3 tests we might run to catch any
possible regression that might occur when accepting the patches I looked
at the RH bug you referenced and found another testcase ( used to expose
the issue.  I ran that on the updated package and it passes tests a, b
and c, but not d.

I examined the patch applied and it included more fixes, specifically:

Subject: [PATCH 09/10] socket: clear port when unable to generate local
port

which the 'd' test which attempts to test by allocate more than 1024
local ports.  Should a fix for that also be included?

It's an ongoing problem with rsync that's been around for about 10 years
or so.

Compressed files transferred with -z fail on occasion - though once you find a 
file that fails, that file will always fail
I even use --skip-compress=bz2 but that doesn't work either

IMHO, this was a horribly bad decision upstream.  If you've restricted
your incoming NRPE source to a trusted one with UFW or similar, this is
a perfectly safe thing to do and helps centrally manage lots of
parameters.  I think a default arg of 0 was enough to keep a safe
config.  Users who choose to enable an unsafe configuration without
mitigations despite the documented warnings are idiots and the package
shouldn't be crippled as a result.

I volunteer to maintain this package in Ubuntu and build with a
different config than upstream.  Please contact me.

I suspect there isn't a code change here, but rather a difference in the
way Ubuntu is presenting its mount points.  The plugin tries to
enumerate and check all mounts.  A better use might be to add the actual
mount points to be monitored with -p

strace confirms that check_disk on 12.04 doesn't check
/sys/kernel/debug/tracing

Not having any luck tracking down a code change in the monitoring-
plugins github repo.  I wonder if this is a change in a dependent lib
instead.

sudo chmod u+s /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_disk
sudo chmod o+x /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_disk

Before the patches:

set manually the local port to 15754 (pid: 15753)
local port has been set by the libnl to 15754 (pid: 15754)

After the patches:

gcc -o example -I/usr/include/libnl3 example.c -lnl-3 -lnl-genl-3
set manually the local port to 15768 (pid: 15767)
local port has been set by the libnl to 432029080 (pid: 15768)

  5.) Capture instance and provsion new instances; repeat step 3

  2.) Boot instance
  3.) Confirm that instance provisioned
  4.) Boot instance and confirm that it works with Docker Extension

OpenSSH 6.8 to 7.1 has a regression that breaks connections from clients
that use SSH first_kex_follows feature. This affects connections from
the Dropbear SSH client (dbclient), they fail with "bad hostkey
signature" or similar. It may affect ssh.com clients too.

This has been fixed in upstream in the attached patch, it would be
worthwhile including in Xenial if it's going to ship with the current

broken as the init script always returns code 0; things can't tell whether
