[Bug 1795919] Re: fs quota calculation is wrong

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
https://github.com/dovecot/core/commit/39eefc53d06cf9790c6e3180a67b68e89eb71313
#diff-e72982e5f369f46babc0f4b79df68878 is the upstream commit
corresponding to the attached patch.

I see that this fix is present in the Ubuntu Disco and Cosmic packages,
so I'm marking the main task of this bug as fix released.

[Bug 1727202] Re: [17.10 regression] AppArmor ntp denial: Failed name lookup - disconnected path

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
Right, the disconnected flag is in the openntpd (usr.sbin.ntpd) profile,
but not the journal one:

/run/systemd/journal/dev-log w,

What triggers the journal DENIED error? I see it was in the same DENIED
message then had the "disconnected" complaint, but I can't trigger it
(as the bug said in the beginning, the error might not happen all the
time).

[Bug 1799335] Re: in place upgrade from 18.04 to 18.10 breaks NIS

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
Thank you for taking the time to report bugs and help make Ubuntu
better.

This bug has been fixed in the current Ubuntu development release, which
is why I'm marking it "Fix Relased" (the bug status follows what's in
the development release).

There is a correct and simple to apply workaround to /etc/default/nis
and that is to remove the now invalid option "-no-dbus".

If you would like to see this fixed, please follow the SRU procedure
detailed in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Procedure. The
updated package would have a fixed default config file, and *maybe* try
to fix the existing config file if it encounters the bad option, perhaps
using sed.

[Bug 1816187] Re: clamav 0.101.1 not in https://launchpad.net/clamav repository

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
Thanks for filing this bug. Is there a particular reason you want this
0.101.1 version, or is this just a request for a normal upgrade?

I'll mark this bug as wishlist in the meantime.

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
To help gauge the severity of this bug, could you tell us what doesn't
work? Or is this just about the error message? This is probably some
coordination between the multiple workers, I'm guessing.

[Bug 1815978] Re: sa-compile broken on 16.04 LTS AMD64

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
I tried again on xenial this time, and both the installation and the
manual run of sa-compile afterwards work just fine.

You seem to have a mix of 32 and 64 bits packages installed.

What do these produce?
find /usr/include -name types.h
find /usr/lib -name perl.h

On my xenial amd64 container, it looks like:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 6.6K Jan 15 2018
/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/sys/types.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 207K Nov 19 18:29
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.22.1/CORE/perl.h

So both 64 bits.

It looks like you have libc6-dev-i386 installed (32 bits) on your 64bits
system, could you also try installing "libc6-dev"?

This file is in a 64bit path: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.22/CORE/perl.h
And it's including "sys/types.h", and it makes sense to include it also from a
64bit location, and you have libc6-dev-i386 instead of the 64bit one.

The dependency tree looks correct, because if I try to remove libc6-dev,
it also removes sa-compile, so I don't see how you could have it
uninstalled unless something was forced.

[Bug 1782650] Re: nrpe plugin in bionic fails with "Error - Could not complete SSL handshake"

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
Thanks for reporting this bug and troubleshooting it this far. It looks
like a real issue and we have added it to the server team backlog. Maybe
there could be an ssl option to have the bionic client accept the
smaller DH key.

[Bug 1015819] Re: sb_sasl_generic_pkt_length: received illegal packet length when using Active Directory and ldapsearch and sasl with ssl or tls

2019-02-19 Thread Andreas Hasenack
Given the upstream bug status and version where it was fixed, we believe
this is fixed in the upcoming Ubuntu Disco release:

 cyrus-sasl2 | 2.1.27+dfsg-1 | disco |
source

It will therefore be marked as "fix released", but I will open a task for
bionic and cosmic.
