Hi Serge, You need to compile the C code on http://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/online/pages/man2/getdents.2.html and run it to see this issue. It's "getdent" sys-call that sees different numbers. [Bug 582812] [NEW] ldapsearch -y option does not work
Public bug reported: sudo ldapsearch -y /etc/ldap.secrets -D -b -xH "ldap://localhost"; does not work, as I get this error: ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49) yet, if I run: sudo ldapsearch -w $(sudo cat /etc/ldap.secrets) -D -b -xH "ldap://localhost"; it works. So that rules out the possibility that /etc/ldap.secrets has a wrong password. I don't understand those lines: 14: for POSTINST in /usr/lib/dkms/common.postinst /usr/share/$PACKAGE_NAME/postinst Is the package supposed to have a /usr/share/$PACKAGE_NAME/postinst ? 16: $POSTINST $NAME $CVERSION /usr/share/$PACKAGE_NAME $ARCH $2 What is /usr/share/$PACKAGE_NAME for ?
