Public bug reported:
When using eucatools to create and store data (e.g. euca-add-keypair,
euca-run-instances) the nova-api creates a traceback with TypeError:
create_key_pair() keywords must be strings. The error must be strings
always raises when you use any euca-command except the ones which only
generates output.

Using this patch, the commands work again. I've used the rc for this.
