Public bug reported: Binary package hint: samba Before closing Ubuntu 9.10, There appeares a red exclamation point; clicking it, it showed a rectangle saying: The package "rhythmbox 0.12.5-Oubuntu5.2" failed to install or upgrade. I still did not use rhythmbox after loading ubuntu (yesterday). Sound works ok in Childsplay. I run sudo dpkg --configure -a It finished with no indication. The PC din'd repeat the original failure indication. I understand this bug can be closed.
