[Bug 1312156] [NEW] [Precise] Potential for data corruption
Public bug reported: Under certain conditions there is faulty logic in function tengine_stonith_notify() which can incorrectly add successfully fenced nodes to a list, causing Pacemaker to subsequently erase that node’s status section when the next DC (Designated Controller) election occurs. [Bug 497258] Re: vmbuilder fails when adding package 'ubuntu-desktop'
I did add a sync to the following file /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/VMBuilder/disk.py Here def umount(self): self.vm.cancel_cleanup(self.umount) if (self.type != TYPE_SWAP) and not self.dummy: logging.debug('Syncing') run_cmd('sync') logging.debug('Unmounting %s', self.mntpath) run_cmd('umount', self.mntpath) But there is a umount happening before that function is called. [Bug 344400] Re: libvirtError: internal error unable to start guest
Is this bug only relevant to disk files? I am booting guests fine with raw disks, albeit LVM-based. Details: On a Jaunty KVM host I'm using LVM. When creating a guest I allocated 2 logical volumes (4 GB and 80 GB) to it to be used as raw disks. With virt-manager I used the first one (/dev/vda) for installation (with LVM again; so LVM over LVM) and afterwards added the second one (/dev/vdb). I also set up LVM on the second disk and created a 40 GB logical volume. The VM starts fine. -- libvirtError: internal error unable to start guest https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/344400 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to libvirt in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
[Bug 429443] [NEW] /usr/bin/kvm-ok should be disassociated from kvm
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kvm If we want to make the kvm-ok script really useful then it should be disassociated from the kvm package. [Bug 280712] [NEW] Accessing printing properties for some drivers causes excessive load on CPU
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: samba When accessing printing properties for some drivers (Xerox and HP Designjet) the load on the CPU goes way up (90%).
