Added a sample package from the end-of-May updates whose changelog is not visible within aptitude via the "C" command. (Launchpad won't let me add more than one package to this bug report. The other packages whose changelogs are not visible from within aptitude via the "C" command are: snmp, libsnmp-base, libsnmp15, libssl, libxml2, libxml2-utils, python-libxml2, and openssl.
