apt-get install clamav
clamav-base and clamav-frashclam (in place of dependency clamav-data) are
autoselected
download and install proceeds.
dpkg cannot configure clamav-base which is dependent on clamav-data
clamav-freshclam does not provide clamav-data, and cannot be configured without
clamav-base
