Public bug reported:

Subject says it all.  powerwake doesn't do sane lookups, leading to
frustration like this:

(base)adconrad@lucifer:~$ host hermes
hermes.0c3.net has address 10.0.0.14
(base)adconrad@lucifer:~$ powerwake hermes
ERROR: Could not determine the MAC address of [hermes]
(base)adconrad@lucifer:~$ powerwake hermes.0c3.net
INFO: Trying to wake host: [hermes.0c3.net]
INFO: Sending magic packet to: [e0cb4e2c4faa]

Seems silly to have to specify an FQDN when my machine knows perfectly
well how to resolve "hermes".
