Feedback

i've found into dconf that 'geolocalisation' had been switched to 'off'
by some past package(s) upgrade. Setting it back to 'on' then ntpdate
works again as expected.

ntpdate issue is a no show stopper, i agree, but its fully unused: even
setting 'update by network' i get time -7 (NY instead Paris)
