To get a SRU published a test case needs to be added to the bug description as outlined in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates. As for the debdiff, it should be based against the latest version published in hardy and should be targeted to hardy-proposed instead of hardy. Unsubscribing the sponsor team for now.
