This bug no longer exists in quantal. The gvfs mount point is not in the user's homedir any longer. I also have it and don't have an encrypted file system. I receive this notice in lucid. I believe it only occurs because 1) I have my home directory encrypted using builtin efs wrapper and 2) sometimes checksecurity runs while I am logged-out (and my encrypted homedir is not mounted).
