With the default permissions on /var/lib/php5, and the default configs
(session.gc_probablity=0), you should not see this error. If an
application is generating its own .ini settings, then it will have this
issue, and it should be changed to disable gc_probability, and ensure
that the cron job is cleaning up after it.
