I'm having the same problem, and purge/install failed:

***~$ sudo apt-get purge bind9

  kdesudo compiz-wrapper install-package compiz-plugins gdebi-kde 
libdecoration0 compiz-core
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.

1 not fully installed or removed.
After this operation, 885kB disk space will be freed.
