Upon further review, I also needed to copy over the make_*.pl scripts as well... the _list files use some shorthand here and there. Attached is a diff, created by copying *_list from 4.7.36ubuntu3 (lucid) to the 4.7.24 (hardy) tree. The format looks the same and there were no real surprises that I saw.
