This looks similar to segfault issue I'm having with lycid beta (well, at least beginning of the trace looked similar). In my case PHP segfaults right away with mediawiki/gallery2 (no nginx here). Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. Could you please provide some information on how you've set up php5-cgi/spawn-fcgi/nginx (appropriate config files and such)?
