I picked medium instead of high because (1) it is easily avoidable, and
(2) the system continues to run.  So I didn't feel this fell into the category
of 'critical to a small number of users'.  If you feel otherwise, I can be
convinced so please go ahead and change it.

On another note, I was unable to reproduce this myself (in maverick),
so still waiting for the reporter to provide the requested additional
information.

thanks for posting this bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Could you give us a little more info, in particular:

1. does this happen whether or not you've run a kvm vm?

2. can you give us the contents of your libcgroup config files?

3. do you see anything else that looks potentially helpful (and
   non-sensitive) toward the end in:
/var/log/audit/audit.log
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/messages

4. before stopping kvm, the result of

for d in `grep cgroup /proc/mounts | awk '{ print $2 '}`; do
for d2 in `find /cgroup -type d `; do
echo $d2;
cat $d2/tasks;
done
done
