Public bug reported: Binary package hint: apache2
As described by this bug https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29744 , Apache mod_proxy connect doesn't support SSL connections properly in 2.2. The fix has landed in Apache trunk, so should be part of Apache 2.4, but there is no indication that they're going to backport to 2.2. I was hoping the Ubuntu package could apply it. The patch on 2.2.16 linked in the tracker worked properly for me on the Maverick package. I'd be happy to provide a 2.2.17 version if necessary. ** Affects: apache2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to apache2 in ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/738308 Title: Backport proxy connect SSL support -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
