No, just the usual shutdown, You ask if i know the difference between, i never expect that it needs special movements for a thing that should be what it is. I shutdown windows, and stills the problem, I don't know about it, but looks like, it's a problem that comes with the 64 bits versions, in the earlier versions I didn't have any problems... when i try to mount the harda drive in ntfs of windows, don´t mount. Iḿ using windows 10 and ubuntu studio 14. the message that appears it´s this: Error mounting /dev/sda4 at /media/jb/TI31418400A: Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,dmask=0077,fmask=0177" "/dev/sda4" "/media/jb/TI31418400A"' exited with non-zero exit status 14: Windows is hibernated, refused to mount. Failed to mount '/dev/sda4': Operation not permitted The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
