I upgraded from Feisty and everything worked straight away with no problems to my system. I have now got a Nvidia splash screen that I did not have and after the sign in screen my monitor shows a blank desk top colour as it loads the desktop in till my wallpaper is used. Can I get rid of the Nvidia splash screen and change the horrible colour of that loading screen? I am a novice so I am afraid you will have to guide me through the steps.
