No, looks like it's not the case.
Looking at the admin section of iso-639-3 and iso-3166-2, that path says:
iso_639/iso_639_3/iso_639_3.pot
iso_3166/iso_3166_2/iso_3166_2.pot
but in the tarball I've been looking at, the paths are
iso_639_3/iso_639_3.pot
iso_3166_2/iso_3166_2.pot
should we change that?
