I take back this bug. It seems all the scopes have the same string; so
now on the You Tube scope, for example, the label says "Ver todas". I
think that "Ver todo" is more general and will apply to all the scopes.
Unless there's a better solution, I think we should go back to the
previous translation. I'm sorry.

while we wait for PAM, by improving the prompt text to match
designs, by forcing the user to wait five seconds after every five
failed attemps, and by supporting (but not yet enabling) an opt-in
"factory-reset your phone after X failed attemps" feature.

  dialog is completely translated. Thus I think the problem isn't
  untranslated strings, but that the choice of language in the initial
  step somehow doesn't restart already existing services under the new
  locale?

  I attach a screenshot of the connection dialog from the initial
  wizard.

The strings come from indicator-secret-agent which is part of the 
indicator-network source tree.
Either there is something wrong with the translation files, or 
indicator-secret-agent is not restarted when LC_MESSAGES is modified.
