Sorry, I checked with the binary packages, instead of the sources. For
this one, the grade libs are still in main.

And for this one, gftp-gtk is in main, while gftp-text in universe.

So both glade and gftp should remain in lp I think.

Thanks Adi :)

Thanks for giving us this opportunity!

My question is regarding headlines, which sometimes are really long
and we see string divided into two lines.
May we use br / or something else to force dividing rightfully
according to local typography rules and to make it look better?

Hi all!

at galician we have fixed a very large bunch of strings and currently we
are fixing kubuntu slideshow.

I can confirm that Firefox icon isn't showed at galician translations too.

I hope we did the translations in time for last release.

The Firefox icon is a known problem and as far as I know this is due to
some copyright restriction regarding the distribution of Firefox icon
outside of the Firefox package.

The slideshow is using the Firefox icon from the installed package...
but I don't have firefox on my server.

Don't worry about the missing Firefox icon. It will be displayed on the
livecd.

Write Ubuntu into native language

2010-04-10 Thread Krasimir Chonov
Hi there. I want to ask is there any issues if I write the word Ubuntu
in my native language. In this is case, the language is Bulgarian. I
just will write it with cyrillic characters, but the pronounce will
remain the same.

Best Regards

Ubuntu Mongolian Translation Team

2010-04-10 Thread DULMANDAKH Sukhbaatar
Hello Ubuntu translators,

I'm pleased to announce that Ubuntu Mongolian Translation Team has
been created. We'll work with upstream mongolian translations team for
GNOME, KDE and OpenOffice.org to not duplicate efforts. So we'll be
more focused on translations specific to Ubuntu like Ubuntu Installer,
Software Center, Ubuntu One and so on. Below are some detailed
information on our team.

team name: Ubuntu Mongolian Translation Team
launchpad page: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-mn
team list: ubuntu-l10n...@lists.launchpad.net
language name: Mongolian
locale name: mn_MN
text direction: left to right

Hope that it's not too late to start translating Lucid. Soon I'll
write about the team on my blog, which is in mongolian.

Thank you all.
