It's used for the settings of child scopes that are part of an

In the screenshot, we see that there not much space for the string.
What will happen if the translation is a bit longer than the original
English string? Will it be wrapped in two lines or will it be cut?
If it is cut, translators will want to adapt their translations. For
example, in French it may be a better idea to translate with the meaning
of "Search on %1", because the literal translation to "Display results
from %1" is quite a bit longer than the original.
Also note that the answer to this question should be put as a translator
comment (ie. in a perfect world, developers should anticipate these
questions).
