Re: Ubuntu Open Week Session Invite

2014-04-18 Thread José Antonio Rey
Hello, Pierre!

Yes, the session would be IRC-based. Are you on IRC to discuss the slot
you want and some guidelines? You can find me as jose on
#ubuntu-classroom-backstage.

 Hi Jose,
We would be glad to participate in the Ubuntu open week with a session
for translation work and translation onboarding.
Would any other translation members be interested ? My understanding is
that it would be IRC based.

Hello, everyone!

I would like to invite any of you on giving an OpenWeek session about
the Translations Team. The Ubuntu Open Week
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOpenWeek is an event where different
teams show people how to contribute to those, and get them involved on
the cycle.

There is only one slot left, tomorrow at 13 UTC. If you're interested,
please reply to this email or ping me on IRC, I'm JoseeAntonioR.

Re: Ubuntu OpenWeek Invite

2013-05-20 Thread José Antonio Rey
Uh, that's exactly 1h after we end. I don't think we can do it unless we
get someone at 18 UTC on Wednesday, which is unlikely to ocurr. Thanks a
lot anyways, I'll try to not give such a short notice for next time.

 A bit late notice :-/
The spot seems already taken. Is that a strict schedule or can we add
sessions ? I'm willing to hold a session later in the day at 6 UTC (8PM
 Paris time).
