Hi Talat, Maybe you should edit line #12: Last-Translator: FULL NAME EMAIL@ADDRESS\n and replace FULL NAME and EMAIL@ADDRESS with your real launchpad full name and your address. Then you can go to the launchpad page where you downloaded toe .po and click on the upload link.
